On idle, I average around 25kPa on OBD2 MAP reading at idle (have yet to verify this using a vacuum gauge, though, had to get one first), which means the engine is supposed to be pulling almost 23 inHg of vacuum, and I can get as low as 12 kPa (so over 26 inHg of vacuum) when engine braking - like I said, that seems kinda high to me.
